Before starting QFR Solutions, I was the Director of Recruiting at one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the United States. I was proud of building the recruiting department from the ground up.
However, I quickly discovered that most contract sales organizations and recruiting firms were slow to respond and didn’t provide the level of partnership we needed. They always made big promises, but never delivered on them. Even with a team of 60+ recruiters, our CSO never filled any of our requisitions.
Recognizing a gap in the industry, I left my corporate position to start my own recruiting solutions firm.
